Welcome to The Farm! ——————————————————————————————————— We want your time here to be as enjoyable and productive as possible, and we’ve prepared a few guidelines below to help ensure so. We pride ourselves on having a really great space and even better community, and hope you have an opportunity to meet some of the amazing folk here amongst us. ——————————————————————————————————— Our staff is on site Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. If you need assistance outside of these times, please contact us by email frontdesk@thefarmsoho.com or for urgent matters we can be reached by phone at (917) 722-5027 option #4. James Arslan Community Manager ——————————————————————————————————— Day Pass Bookings: If you have purchased a day pass (1, 7 or 30 day) you are granted 24- hour access to the workspaces for the successive period of days of your pass. ——————————————————————————————————— Conference Room Bookings: If you have booked a conference room, you are granted access for the duration of that reservation. You may bring guests in, with the understanding that you are responsible for your guests at all times and that use of the space is restricted to the booked conference room, bathrooms and kitchen. For bookings that fall outside of our normal office hours (Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.) you will be responsible to buzz your guests in and out. ——————————————————————————————————— Getting Here: We are conveniently located in SoHo close to the subway lines running along Canal Street N / Q / R / W / 6 / A / C / E / 1 / J / Z and only a short distance from the Broadway / Lafayette lines B / D / F / M. ——————————————————————————————————— Location: The main entrance is located at 447 Broadway 2nd floor between Grand and Howard, to the right of the Jubilee Market. There is an intercom buzzer to the right of the doorway. ——————————————————————————————————— Access: The workspace access is managed through a smart mobile app (Kisi) which allows you access to the 447 Broadway street and 2nd floor stairwell doors at will. You will receive a separate email with detailed instructions on setting up the app on your mobile device. Off-Hour (Weekends / Late Nights): If you will be arriving outside of our office hours (Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.) we ask that you call us after making your booking to let us know, as we will not have any staff on site to welcome you or troubleshoot any matters that may arise. We can be reached by phone (917) 722-5027 option #4. ——————————————————————————————————— Allowances: Each day pass is unique to a single individual, and may not be transferred. If you plan to bring in colleagues or guests, they will need to have purchased a Day Pass as well. Additional passes can be purchased on our website or in person at the front desk. ——————————————————————————————————— WiFi Network: The internal network name is “Farm Member” and password is “ organicfarm” (all lowercase and no spaces). ——————————————————————————————————— Workspaces: Please feel free to work from any of the following locations, and to move about as you wish: ——————————————————————————————————— Front Lounge (Broadway): Anywhere within this lounge space. Main Workspace: Any seat at a table with a blue “Communal Table” sign. Rear Bleachers (Mercer): Anywhere within the back area and table. ——————————————————————————————————— Lofted Lounge: An area above the rear bleachers with open couches. ——————————————————————————————————— Phone Booths: Located in the front lounge, for more private phone calls. Tree House: Located above the phone booths, enjoy some privacy and quiet. ——————————————————————————————————— Conference Rooms: If you will need a conference room, as a Day Pass holder you are entitled to book these at a 25% discount to our normal rates. Bookings can be made through the front desk. ——————————————————————————————————— Bathrooms: These are located towards the rear of the space. Kitchen: Filtered water, coffee and tea, microwave and refrigerators. ——————————————————————————————————— Accessibility: If you need access to the elevator, or have any specific accessibility needs please make us aware of this so we can best accommodate you. ——————————————————————————————————— Mindfulness: Please be mindful that noise should be kept to a minimum in communal areas, as these are shared workspaces. Please take phone calls with headphones, or in the phone booths whenever possible. ——————————————————————————————————— Elevator: The elevator is shared with the building, and we ask that you use the stairwell whenever possible. ——————————————————————————————————— Luggage: If you will be arriving with baggage other than emotional, we ask that you store this by the front entranceway below the coat hooks, so as not to infringe on the passageways. ——————————————————————————————————— Pets: We are pet friendly and welcome you to bring in your furry friend. At the same time we expect pet owners to understand that the space is for the benefit of people foremost, and if any pet is deemed to cause a disturbance to other members the pet will need to be removed without delay. Your pet must be with you at all times, and should remain beside you in the workspace in a way that does not infringe upon others. ——————————————————————————————————— Security: The entire premises is secured and under 24-hours video surveillance. ——————————————————————————————————— Billing: If you have any concerns or questions, please come speak to us in person or email us with your questions at frontdesk@thefarmsoho.com ——————————————————————————————————— Membership: If you enjoyed your time here and wish to join as a full time member, we will gladly apply your day pass dues to a full time monthly membership plan within 48-hours of your stay.
