Set in the heart of east London’s entrepreneurial hub, we represent a leap forward for the coworking phenomenon. We offer two floors of impeccably designed shared offices, a British Canteen, public lounge area, fully-stocked bar and gallery space – across four floors of a 1950s modernist building in the middle of Shoreditch High Street. Unlike many neighbouring coworking spaces, which angle themselves towards specific industries, we believe in the power of collaboration and cross-pollination. It actively supports both the technology and creative industries, celebrating a new era of co-operation between the two. Residents already include businesses devoted to fashion, app building, music streaming, media recruitment and public relations. Moreover, the local community are encouraged to work in our comfortable ground floor Lounge – the building is not solely open to its paying residents. An ambitious program of seminars and exhibitions has already seen collaborations with magazines such as Wired and Dazed & Confused, while celebrities such as actors Michael Fassbender and Luke Evans, plus musicians Ed Sheeran and Paul Weller, have graced the premises at launch events. The office floors themselves, designed by architects MoxeyDeane, stay faithful to the 1950s Modernist aesthetic using hand-crafted and vintage elements to create a space that’s contemporary and chic, yet industrious and professional. The dining and Lounge area features an informal modern Canteen; dishes include a selection of affordable ‘Workers’ Plates’ priced from £4-£7 available all day. The marble bar stocks local craft beers alongside an impressive wine list and east London-themed cocktails.
