Subletting desk or office for 3 mon

We are renting out our office for three months from Dec16-Feb17. It is located at the former Airport of Templehof, it is all furnished, bright, silent, has a coffee machine, WIFI, small kitchen and the a very special location on top of that.
There is one bigger room (about 23 qm) and attached to it a smaller one (11 qm). In the big room we have two desks (you could actually ad one if you needed) and in the small room we have one desk.
We have a nice sofa to relax on and a big sitting bag in the small room. Also you have access to the huge terrase in case you need some fresh air or a smoke.
There is a supermarket and a Burger King right across the street and within walking distance several other lunch options. In about 20 min walking (or one subway station) you are at Bergmann street with the best coffee and lunch options.

One of the desks in the big room costs 200,-€ per month, the desk in the small room costs 240,-€ a month and if you rent the whole office it will be 560,-€ per month. Both rooms are also available separately, as they can be locked separately. The big room with the two desks together would cost 400,-€ then.
