House rules
1. Renter shall be solely responsible for any damage to property or equipment
that occurs during the time Renter or his party occupies the premises.Renter Agrees to pay for damage to the premises including spills, excessive wear, marks, or stains on furniture, wallpaper, or painted surfaces.
2. No More than 20 people in the resource at one time without authorization from
Corporate Staff.
3. Clean-up fees of $100 may be applied if the resource is left in an overly messy state
including props, furniture and equipment not put away, water, body paint,
glitter, elements, etc. This is at the studio’s discretion.
4. Absolutely no nails, pins, etc in the walls. If you need to adhere something, use
command hooks, putty, or gentle tape. If you damage the walls in any
way, you are responsible for repairs.
5. You are welcome to move furniture but DO NOT DRAG the furniture across the floor. Please have someone help you to move heavy items and make sure to put the furniture back to the way it was when you came in.
6. Your reservation must include all the time you need to set up, shoot, clean
up, and vacate the studio. You cannot enter the resource early, and you’re
expected to vacate the resource no later than the time your reservation ends.
This allows everyone’s booking to begin on time.
7. Any renter that goes 15 minutes past the original end time of their booking will be
charged for an additional hour.
8. No smoking in the building is permitted. Or within 20 feet of
the entrance.
9. No pets are allowed in the building without authorization from staff.
10. No Filming or Photography can take place outside of your booking.
11. Do not enter other spaces without permission from the staff. Staff may enter
any part of the resource at any time
12. Always make sure the door is locked when you leave
13. Outside catering allowed
