I've booked a space but have not received a reply from the host

If you do not receive any reply from a host regarding your completed booking, then you should contact OFIXU directly. In the first instance OFIXU will contact the host on your behalf. The OFIXU team will try to meet your demands by handling the communication with the host and/or providing an alternative. 

If OFIXU is unable to reach an answer from the host within a reasonable time frame (usually a maximum of 7 days prior to check-in unless a booking is made within 7 days prior to check-in in which case the guest accepts responsibility for a cancellation fee, see here for cancellation policy) we will aim to provide a "like-for-like" alternative within the same price range and in close proximity to the previous booking.
